Translation Process
  Flow Chart
  Process of Translation
1. Client commission: clients send documents by phone, E-mail, fax and so on. And clients should give clear indication of the target language, article type, workload, finish time, etc.
Owing to the expensive cost of the international phone, if you want to cooperate with us, just send the task to our mailbox (please leave your contact person’s name and contact methods). We will check our mails every day and get in touch with you by phone to save your money.

2. Project analysis, practical quotation: reply the customer’s consultation, offer the translating scheme and quoted price.

3. Sign a contract: we will negotiate with clients about the project content and concrete requirements by face-to-face talking, telephone, E-mail, etc.

4. Organize a team to list the terms: if clients provide the material for translating (electronic manuscript), we will organize a project team, the experts will make a preliminary analysis of the manuscript, and then determine the profession scope and subdivide it. Sum up the technical terms in the material.

5. Senior proofreaders unify the terms: organize the professional specialists to check the original text, translate and proofread the listed technical terms, make a glossary and unify the standard so as to clear away the obstacles in translation and lay a solid foundation for the further step.

6. Begin to translate: first, it will be translated by the professional translators, and in order to ensure the high quality the members of the project team should communicate frequently with each other during the translation. The project manager is responsible for the whole translation process; the specialists will correct or proofread it: proofread the technical terms, check the errors and omission, term consistency check.

7. Correction: Strictly proofread and look through the translation, including the accuracy and validity of the translation, the correctness and coherence of the content and do our best to achieve “faithfulness, expressiveness and elegance”.

8. Client inspection: clients check and accept the translation.

9. Modification in accordance with the requirements: if the client has any dissatisfaction with the translation, we will revise and embellish it according to the requirements, and then we will proofread the modified parts again and let the client reexamine it. If the client is still discontent with it, we will keep on modifying until perfection.

10. The final version: if the client has no instructions, we will deliver the final version, and the client should pay the remainder of the money according to the contract.
